Our high-end memory foam mattresses are handcrafted in Montreal. Our suppliers have been carefully chosen for their knowledge and expertise, but also for their commitment to sustainable development. Even our boxes are made in Canada from recycled materials! In addition, no mattresses are destroyed, they benefit people in need or are fully recycled in the event of a return.
We offer free shipping in Canada. For the Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut, please note that there will be an added charge for shipping.
We do our best to follow these estimated time of deliveries:
Province of Quebec : approximately 3 business days.
East Cost : 3 to 5 business days.
West coast : 5 to 7 business days.
If your product has not arrived, do not loose sleep for this. These are approximative number of days and our customer support will happily help you with any concerns you may have.

Our Mattresses are shipped via UPS Standard directly from our warehouse to your door. By doing this we cut out 3rd party distribution methods, lowering our carbon footprint.
Whenever the option is available, we try to use more ecological ways to deliver your products, such as bike courrier or electric vehicles.
Though we try our hardest, we are not responsible for a late package. Once our transporters have picked up the box, the responsibility is in their hands. We are not responsible for the delivery date, delays in the delivery, etc. In case of issues with delivery ( Ex: You received a delivery notification, but no package was at your door), you have up to 48 hours after the delivery notification to inform us. Our foams are certified by the CertiPUR-US® program, meaning they are made without ozone depleting chemicals and regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commision Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emission for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million).
Our memory foam is also Certified ISO 20743
If for any reason you are unhappy with the RV mattress , you can return it for a refund* after the first 45 nights of your 100 night trial, contact a member of the Polysleep Team at support@polysleep.com and we will help coordinate the return.
We are working hard to limit our environmental impact, particularly by reducing our carbon footprint. Every day, we support our customers so that they are as well informed as possible about our products: an approach that allows us to limit the number of returns to 1 return per household.
Therefore, we ask our customers to take this factor into consideration before returning their product, in order to participate with us in this more responsible approach.

The mattress has the same standard width as our queen mattress but is 5" shorter. This makes the Polysleep RV Mattress more adaptable to the bed foundation standards of most RVs and trailers. -

Un contour de soutien en mousse polyuréthane très ferme qui vient renforcer les extrémités du matelas pour en éviter un affaissement prématuré.
