Returns - Covid-19
To our valued customers:
Quebec has ordered all non-essential businesses in the province to close until May 19th. The decision has been announced on March 23, 2020, by Quebec Premier Legault.
Currently, we are still able to ship our products directly to you via UPS with no interruption of our normal services.
We are privileged and humbled to be operational online. Our manufacturer is considered an essential business service, who also produces mattresses for local hospitals.
Please note that our 100-day trial period is still in place and will be extended according to the government's announcements. In view of the current situation caused by COVID-19 and the measures communicated by the government, please send us your request by email so that we can add it to the pending list of returns.
This includes all purchases made on Polysleep.ca from Saturday, December 14, 2019. All purchases made after Saturday, December 14, 2019, will have an extension, but unfortunately, we will not be able to process the return request.
This decision is due to several factors:
- The decision announced on March 23, 2020, by Quebec Premier Legault regarding the temporary closure of non-essential businesses.
- The respect of safety and hygiene measures which does not allow us to offer this service in the current period.
