management company providing integrated, end-to-end, rental solutions for
residential properties. YKRM was incorporated in Alberta in 2019 and the
headquarters is located in Calgary, Alberta.
The company creates rental solutions for homeowners and investors. These
solutions include providing a greater return on investment (ROI) than long-term
rentals and offering an alternative to selling a property while taking the burden
off of the property owner. The company does this through their end-to-end
management service approach.
The company is rated #1 in Calgary, has +80 properties under management, and
has opened the first (and only) short term rental facility in Calgary. This facility is
a headquarters that includes, industrial laundry machines, dedicated training
space, show room, management offices and shipping and receiving.
YKRM believes in hiring local for all areas of their business which includes their
cleaning employees but more importantly is their customer/ guest services.
