Return & Exchange
  • DO YOU ALLOW EXCHANGE?
    Exchanges are available for our Polysleep Mattress, during the 100-night trial, and for the Polysleep Pillow, during the 30-night trial. Please contact a member of the Polysleep Team at support@polysleep.com. Once an exchange is made, the trial is voided.
  • WHAT IS THE RETURN PROCESS?
    If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, contact a member of the Polysleep Team at support@polysleep.com and we will help coordinate the return.
  • WHAT HAPPENS TO MY RETURNED MATTRESS?
    Returned Polysleep mattresses will be 100% recycled.
  • WHO WILL PICKUP MY MATTRESS IF I DECIDE TO RETURN IT?
    Our customer support team coordinates each return on an individual basis. An association will come and pick it up at a time that works best for you.
  • HOW DO I PACK MY POLYSLEEP MATTRESS FOR THE RETURN PROCESS?
    No need to do anything. Our partners will come and pick it up as is.
  • DO I NEED TO KEEP THE BOX?
    For the mattress, you don't need to keep your box. We use industrial machines to compress the mattress and fit it into the box. It will therefore be impossible for you to return it in its original packaging. If you don't want to throw it away, it can turn into a fun pirate ship or princess castle for your children. For the pillow, you need to keep the box to complete the return process.
  • HOW DO I RETURN MY POLYSLEEP PILLOW?
    To return your pillow, keep the box and contact us, so that we can tell you the procedure to follow.
  • What is the promotional offer return policy?
    For all Polysleep offers including free products, please bear in mind that trial periods still apply in the event of a product return. If you decide you'd like to return the products you've paid for (within your return policy window) but keep the free ones, their value will be deducted from your refund. Free products are not eligible for returns in exchange for refunds, or any other form of compensation.
